1. What does "small-batch" actually mean? It means we don't use massive industrial machines or outsource our production. Every soap, lotion, and simmer pot is handcrafted in limited quantities. This allows us to maintain strict quality control, ensure the freshness of our botanicals, and pour a little bit of love into every single jar and bottle.

2. Are your products truly "all-natural"? Yes! We focus on simple, high-quality ingredients sourced from nature. We use plant-based butters (like Shea and Cocoa), pure essential oils, and botanicals like lavender and honey. You will never find parabens, sulfates, phthalates, or synthetic "perfume" fragrances in our shop.

3. I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products? While everyone’s skin is unique, we formulate our range with sensitivity in mind. Ingredients like colloidal oatmeal, goat's milk (in our soaps), and magnesium are chosen specifically for their soothing properties. We recommend our Lavender & Oatmeal line for those with particularly delicate skin. Always perform a patch test when trying a new product!

4. Why do you use Witch Hazel in your room sprays? Most commercial sprays use harsh alcohols or chemicals to mix oil and water. We use natural Witch Hazel as a gentle emulsifier. It helps the essential oils disperse evenly through the distilled water, ensuring your room or linens get a consistent burst of fragrance without the chemical "sting."

5. How should I store my lotion bars and lip balms? Because our products are made with natural butters and waxes (and no chemical stabilizers), they are sensitive to extreme heat.

• Lotion Bars: Keep them in a cool, dry place. If your house gets very warm in the summer, storing them in their tin in a drawer is best.

• Lip Balms: Avoid leaving them in a hot car, as the cocoa butter and beeswax will soften.

6. Do your products have an expiration date? Since we use natural oils and avoid heavy synthetic preservatives, our products are best used within 12 months of purchase. To keep them fresh, keep water out of your jars (like the brown sugar scrub) and store items away from direct sunlight.

7. Is your packaging eco-friendly? We strive to be as kind to the Earth as our ingredients are. We use glass jars for our simmer pots and magnesium lotions, and we prioritize plastic-free options for our soaps and lotion bars. We encourage you to wash and reuse your glass jars once they’re empty!

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or bundles? Many of our customers love gifting our nature-inspired care! We offer various bundles that combine our most popular scents. If you are sending a gift directly to a loved one, please let us know in the "Notes" section at checkout, and we will ensure it arrives looking beautiful.

9. What is your return policy? We want you to love your products! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss a return or exchange.
